Thirdly, trust in God is a quality decision. We must make a quality decision every day to trust, rely, and depend on God (Song. 8:5). This spiritual exercise is what the bible refers to as “your whole heart” which is practiced on a daily basis until it becomes a lifestyle, a part of you (Prov. 3:5-6). So we should not be holding God in contempt because we need to wait on Him for an answer. When we judge God with anything outside of being faithful – who He is (cf. Heb. 11:6), then there is a problem that needs to be resolved in our hearts toward him. The error of our ways must be exposed and dealt with accordingly, and until then we will always find an occasion not to trust him. To summarize, in order to experience turbo change, we must exemplify flagship behavior; give our very best effort to God: wait on Him, seek him with our whole heart, make it a daily practice to trust Him and be willing to use the door that Jesus provided (travail/persist in prayer).
