The general contribution from an employer is usually 3% to 6% of an employee's pay. For employees to receive a contribution from their employer, the employee must contribute a specified percentage into a 401(k) plan. The employer will then match that contribution to the retirement plan being offered. Now if man can offer this plan (which is meager in kingdom terms), how much more can God do who owns the universe (cf. Ps. 24:1-3; Deut. 10:14).
