Trust and believe = sealed (Part III)
Now you may say where do I get these promises from – my promise? You will see it in raw form such as dreams, visions, trances, visitations/encounters, prophetic words, etc.) But you will need the wisdom of God to know what to do with the raw material (Eph. 1:8). Like acquiring raw data you need someone, a specialist who can help you properly define and/or interpret the meaning (Eph. 1:8; Rms. 8:26-27; Prov. 4:7; also review Wisdom's resume - Prov. 8).
Wisdom is that crucial connection needed to makes sense of the numbers called “Life” - God’s life for you here on earth (Jn. 10:10). But if you rule it out (the raw data of His Word) as mumble-jumble, contribute it to “visions of grandeur” or use excuses of limitations, then you will miss out on your opportunity to be a part of something bigger than you, His plan for your life. Unfortunately for you, it will pass on to the next generation or to another person who will trust and believe because God’s Word will not pass away (Matt. 24:35; cf. Is. 55:11).
Let us not be found guilty of not receiving His fullness, His promises for our lives. We are simply to trust and believe Him as when we first received His salvation, and continue to do so to receive our inheritance, His promises for our lives. Will you be a recipient of the simplicity of grace?
