The Shaking
Main Course: …29 Calling for lights, the jailer rushed in and fell trembling before Paul and Silas. 30 Then he brought them out and asked, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” 31 They replied, “Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved, you and your household.”…(Acts 16:29-31; cf. 2:37; 22:10).EndFragment
This comes to me today: Lord what must I do to be saved? I hear myself asking this question but also understanding that this is a "place" I need to be every day. The Lord spoke to me and said, "if you live here (under this conviction, under this shaking), you will survive the shaking that is to come." If I can stand up under, live under, submit to this shaking, I'll be able to survive the shaking to come (Mal. 3:1-3). This powerful presence of deep conviction that manifested in Paul's jail rendered the jailer helpless, powerless (no strength or ability to resist). This is the kind of power that was also on Joshua's life during his conquests. Therefore, what you can submit to is what you will walk in.
Are you limiting yourself by not submitting or yielding to the Holy Spirit? There's a strong chance you might not survive the shaking that's coming to America.
