5 top words most Christians hate

Main Course: ... until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a full grown man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. As a result, we are no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming; ... (Ephesians 4:13-14)

These words are like bad words to Christians: No, Stop, Wait/Patience, Obey, and Forgive

Like babies that don’t like nutritional food and spits out the vegetables, so most Christians act the same way, childish and immature (1 Cor 13:1; Heb 5:13-14). They cover their hands over their ears and start chanting: la, la, la, la, la,la, la, la, la, la trying to drown out what God is saying to them.

I admit at times these are hard words to swallow, especially when you want to go in the opposite direction, but we must make a decision to grow in grace, to trust God and His Wisdom every step of the way.

This choice involves coming to see him everyday so that "the thing(s)" that keeps fighting against God's Will, the things that are contrary in us will be subdued and not overtake us to lead us down the wrong path where there is no protection. Our lack of obedience will stagnate our progress in God and hinder us from receiving his greater blessings in our lives.

Well, if there's any consolation in all this, it is that most of the time these are the areas that will bring forth/yield the most fruit or the best fruit in our daily lives.

These are like trigger points, knots in and around the shoulder areas that are painful, but have to be worked out (Is 28:13; 6:9-10). Little bit by little bit God hands, his fingers will go down into those places that are stubborn, knotted up and refuse to the let the blood flow, and the judgement of God's Word will invade those places to cause repentance (Acts 3:19).

Are you ready to receive truth and live by it regardless of the growing pains? (Psalm 51:6)
