The 7 eyes of God (Part I)

Main Course: For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be seven eyes: behold, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day (Zechariah 3:9).

The 7 eyes of God (The 7-17-17 blessing)

This is a year, and only this year that this fantastic sequence of numbers will bear such a major significance for the Body of Christ. And for those who are attentive to His voice, carefully following His instruction to align themselves to become recipients of the glory and power that shall be revealed (Dan.11:32; Hab. 3:3-4; 2 Chron. 16:9) will experience the supernatural on an unprecedented, uncharted level not yet known to mankind. Those chosen at this particular time and season are virgin vessels unused, yet ready to be used (Luke 19:30; 2:49).

What prompted me today was the 7 eyes of God: the stone with 7 eyes on it (Zech. 3:9). I’ve oftentimes been both mystified and curious about this image in my mind. I really don’t know what a stone with 7 eyes on it looks like, but I know there is symbolism to the imagery. The symbol speaks volumes to me that is somewhat explainable, yet worthy of a voice excited and in great anticipation of a mystery unfolding.

The 7 eyes is perfect vision to see God high and lifted up like Isaiah, to see Him beyond, past our circumstances and situations like the Gentile/Canaanite woman who also saw the Lord (Matt. 15:21-28). Like Hagar, who said, “I see the One who sees me – El Roi” (Gen. 16:13). Like the woman at the well; she saw the Lord, He revealed His glory to her and it instantly changed her world, her life, her destiny. Jesus instantly and prophetically moved her from darkness into Light before he even gave His life (Jn. 4:28-29; 1 Pet. 2:9). CONT'D
